Prompt assessment and treatment for sudden illnesses such as infections, fevers, and other urgent but non-emergency conditions.
Care for minor cuts, sprains, strains, and other non-emergency injuries requiring timely attention.
Convenient management and renewal of ongoing medications. Patients should bring their current medication bottle or note the name and dosage of the medication they are taking.
Documentation for work, school, or other medical requirements.
Assistance with referrals to specialists or requisitions for lab tests and imaging. Due to high demand, these services are generally reserved for patients without a family doctor, to ensure timely access to care for those who do not have ongoing primary care support.
Our physicians may issue sick notes for a maximum duration of 1 week. Please note that this is an uninsured service, and fees are not billed directly to third-party insurance providers.
Our physicians are able to complete driver’s medical forms. This service is uninsured, and fees are not billed directly to third-party insurance providers. Patients are required to bring their own form with Part 1 completed.
Our physicians can remove impacted earwax for a fee. This is an uninsured service, and the cost is charged per ear.
There is an injection fee for vaccines not covered by MSI (I.E. Twinrix (Hep A and B), Zostavax (Shingles), travel vaccines).
Pregnancy tests are not covered by MSI.
The tray fee is applied to cover the cost of materials or procedures (I.E. sutures, freezing/numbing, cortisol shots, etc.) that are not covered by MSI.
The cost of having a form completed is not covered by MSI. The fee is at the discretion of the physician, with a minimum charge of $50.00.
Please note that Disability Tax Credit forms cannot be completed during Walk-In appointments.
